I read this somewhere recently and I'll be interested to see how it pans out.
40 Days of consistent practice, you change or break a habit.
90 Days of consistent practice, you confirm a new habit.
120 Days of consistent practice, the new habit is who you are.
1000 Days of consistent practice, you have mastered the new habit.
Also, I think I'm a phototactic organism. Seriously.
